Who is HousForce!
HouseForce was established in 1992 by Paul Reddy after he sold his successful Logistics Company which employed over 60 individuals so that he could return to what he enjoyed doing, which was reforming homes in a professional capacity.
Paul Reddy started his career from the early age of 12 while still at school working on construction sites with his father as a trainee Steel Fixer and decided then that he enjoyed the building industry. After leaving school at an early age of 14, he quickly progressed in the building trade learning many core skills which are still implemented within HouseForce today.
Paul and his wife Carole along decided to move to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca 2003 Due to family health reasons and to give a better life to their children who have both completed their schooling in Spain.
Over the last 35 years, Paul has completed many projects that had been completed for clients by so-called reputable tradespeople that turned into a nightmare for the client.
The ability to always have a plan for success in all projects and his man-management skills are second to none as we genuinely believe in treating workers with respect and embrace them as individuals as opposed to just employees to bully around.
More often than not, Paul works out on site each day with his small Professional Team, and by doing this, he can ensure that all projects completed are to a high standard with the materials and budget that is given by the client.
